My Favorite Specialty Dining on Royal Caribbean Oasis/Icon Class Ships

One of the biggest perks of staying Star Class is having specialty dining included in your fare! We took full advantage of this on our last Wonder of the Seas sailing and rounded out trying every specialty dining restaurant across the fleet. *This does not include the top tier table experiences.

If you have followed me for very long you know I am not the most adventurous eater, that said though my husband is - so I am taking his opinions into account as well! Some ships also have the same restaurants BUT they will be a much different ambiance solely by where they are located on the ship.

Keep in mind that kids 0-5 eat free and 6-12 are usually around $10 per person. It is always fun for a date night, but I love that kids are welcomed and a low cost as well.

If you have a specialty dining voucher from booking with me, all of these options will qualify. Not booked with me? If you booked within the last 30 days and aren’t paid in full - you can transfer to me for my assistance on your booking!

Wonderland on Wonder of the Seas

OKAY now to what you were actually reading this blog post for. I am including links to my reels as well of these for a better visual.

  1. Mason Jar. This is my absolute favorite. The food is so good (brunch especially) they have live music, a great bar, the cutest menus and tables. Oceanview throughout the restaurant and just a home away from home feeling.

  2. Giovannis (Table and Kitchen) this was my kids favorite. The pasta was really good and they actually got to watch them make their dishes. My only gripe with this one is on Icon Class ships the restaurant is in such an odd and loud spot for a more fancy dining venue.

  3. Hooked Seafood I am not a seafood eater, but the Calamari here was super good. They do have other options, but not many (obviously) so if you aren’t a seafood person this isn’t going to be for you.

  4. Chops Grille was my husbands favorite meal. It is definitely a fancier vibe than the previous 3 and if you are wanting a steak at a good price onboard this is the one to choose! They also have lunch options that if you book beforehand get to be pretty low cost.

  5. 150 Central Park this was the only one I was wishing we would have dropped the kids at the kids club before dining. It is very upscale, not the most kid friendly venue and is a perfect date night option.

  6. Izumi Hibachi & Sushi keep in mind the Hibachi is not included in dining packages - only the sushi side as well as the small plates. You can pay an upcharge to experience hibachi at the time of this post.

  7. Wonderland the food is absolutely terrible but the experience is top notch. You will be served food here you never would have believed could exist. Our kids loved it because they ordered 3 different things that included cotton candy. Still a good option but prepare to hit up Windjammer afterwards most likely.
